• You can request up to five rounds of feedback for small adjustments such as skin tone or hair color.
• Once the painting has dried, your portrait is carefully rolled and shipped to your home by courier.
• Most portraits arrive within about two weeks of your order.
• Tissues aren’t included — but you may need them for happy tears when you see your portrait!

When your portrait is complete, you’ll receive a final image for approval before we arrange delivery. If you’d like any adjustments, your artist will refine the work until you are entirely delighted. Once approved, the remaining balance is due, and we’ll organise safe and insured shipping to your chosen address.
